These highly interactive breakfast events are being held at the prestigious Mal Maison and Hotel Du Vin Hotels in Reading, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh and London.

Chris Roebuck is a global expert on transforming organisational performance through people. He is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School London and a Fellow of Ashridge Leadership Centre. In 2009 he was nominated as one of the top 20 most influential HR thinkers. Chris has held senior roles in London Underground, KPMG, HSBC and UBS where he was Global Head of Talent until 2007. The senior leader performance alignment and improvement project he worked on at UBS won the bank the Top Company for Leaders 2005, several other international awards and is now forms a Harvard Business School Case study.
Chris has personal experience of leadership having served as an officer in the British Army and taught leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Joint Service Staff College. His 1999 book on “hands on” leadership was translated into 11 languages and published worldwide.
Chris advises a wide range of organisations from the NHS to global financial and logistic companies, top law firms and international not for profit organisations. He presents to HR teams and non HR top management audiences about how simple low cost initiatives can deliver significantly better performance though people.
In more recent work Chris has focused on minimising risk via culture, leveraging the value of older workers better, delivering better customer service, creating a rapid and accurate talent identification tool and developing a new model for HR to champion and enable better organisational alignment and performance.
As a well known speaker and writer Chris has a regular column in both HR and CEO Magazine. He has also written for Financial publications setting out the compelling business case for improving bottom line though improving the performance of people.He regularly appears on TV and in the press via BBC, BBC World, Bloomberg, CNBC, Sky News, Channel 4 Dispatches, BBC World Service Radio, The Wall Street Journal, Le Monde and UK national press.
